Quality Control
1: Supplier Evalution
Base on strict scientific evaluation system to supplier, we can offer multi-faceted assessment to supplier's production scale, equipment, production management and product quality.
2: In-process inspection (IPI)
For each product we will carry out a careful analysis of the production process to find out reasons of defective goods. When production up to 30%, we will inspect the semi-finished goods with each workflow process. This can well-monitored the product quality during production process in a timely manner in order to minimize problems to ensure the customers' interests.
3: Final Shipment Inspection
The final shipment inspection will be carried out when the factory complete 80% of the production. The inspection includes shipping marks, packaging, product performance and product quality. The strict inspection is base on International AQL standard to ensure the customers have best quality products.
4: Container Loading Supervision
We perform strict checking for the container to ensure they are in good condition. The loading of the goods is according to customer requirements. By checking cartons quantity & outer packaging, we ensure all the goods are in good condition during the loading process.
